The 9th OPEC Seminar was held from 9 to 10 July 2025 at the Hofburg Palace in Vienna, under the theme “Charting Pathways Together: the Future of Global Energy.” The Republic of the Congo, represented by the Minister of Hydrocarbons Bruno Jean-Richard Itoua, reaffirmed its commitment to a just, sustainable, and inclusive energy transition.
