Required documents
The application can be submitted on site, by post or through a visa office, and must include the following documents:
- Two visa application forms completed and signed by the applicant
- Passport valid for at least 6 months
- Photocopy of German residence permit (for citizens living in Germany)
- Two (2) identity pictures
- Hotel reservation, memo, mission statement, accommodation certificate or invitation with prior DTS approval
For Germans of Congolese origin, the accommodation certificate is not required.
- A photocopy of the ticket
- Vaccinations: consult a doctor for malaria prophylaxis. Yellow fever (mandatory), tetanus and typhoid are recommended.
