Governmental Institutions
Under the latest revision of the Congolese Constitution, the institutions of the Government are a direct responsibility of the Prime Minister and the Parliament who nominate the persons to occupy the positions in the Cabinet of ministers. The President then signs the appointments. At this time the list is:
