ONLINE APPLICATION FOR ENTRY VISA IN THE REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO

Welcome to the official visa application page for The Republic of the Congo. Please read the instructions carefully before completing the online form or uploading your documents. Incomplete applications may result in delays or rejection. You must fill out the online form and upload all required documents, including the completed Visa Application PDF available on this page. Applications without the full set of documents cannot be processed.

Required Documents to Upload:

Completed Visa Application (PDF)

Download, fill out, and sign the official application form, then upload the completed PDF.
The form must be completed in English or French only, and all entries must be written in capital letters.

Passport (Minimum 6 Months Validity)

A clear copy of your passport’s bio-data page. Your passport must still be valid for at least six months from your planned entry date.

Passport-Size Photo

A recent color photograph with a plain background. Make sure the image is clear and not cropped.

Invitation Letter or Hotel Booking

Invitation letter: must include your host’s full contact details and the purpose of your visit. Hotel booking: must show confirmed accommodation for the entire stay.

Round-Trip Flight Ticket

A confirmed booking showing your flight to and from the Republic of the Congo.

Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate

Proof of valid vaccination is mandatory for entry. Upload a clear copy of your certificate.
