Jean-Claude Gakosso, e o Secret\u00e1rio Geral da OPEP H.E. Haitham Al Ghais em 16.03.2023 foi um evento significativo para ambas as partes. Aconteceu no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/OPECSecretariat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Secretariado da OPEP em Viena<\/strong><\/a> e discutiram o estado atual e as perspectivas futuras do mercado global de petr\u00f3leo e a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre a OPEP e o Congo.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-19c31e7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"19c31e7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>H.E. Jean-Claude Gakosso \u00e9 um diplomata e pol\u00edtico veterano que atua como Ministro das Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Exteriores do Congo desde 2015. Ele tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um autor publicado e ex-professor de jornalismo na Universidade Marien Ngouabi. Ele esteve ativamente envolvido na promo\u00e7\u00e3o da integra\u00e7\u00e3o regional e da paz na \u00c1frica, bem como no fortalecimento das rela\u00e7\u00f5es do Congo com v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6940784 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6940784\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>H.E. Haitham Al Ghais \u00e9 um respeitado tecnocrata do petr\u00f3leo e figura conhecida da OPEP que assumiu o cargo de Secret\u00e1rio-Geral da OPEP em 1\u00ba de agosto de 2022. Ele tem 30 anos de experi\u00eancia na ind\u00fastria petrol\u00edfera global, tendo trabalhado em v\u00e1rios cargos na Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) no Kuwait, Pequim e Londres. Ele tamb\u00e9m foi um dos principais membros da delega\u00e7\u00e3o do Kuwait nas reuni\u00f5es da OPEP e na Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o (DoC) entre os pa\u00edses membros da OPEP e os pa\u00edses n\u00e3o produtores de petr\u00f3leo da OPEP.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3562cad elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3562cad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Durante o encontro, os dois respons\u00e1veis trocaram impress\u00f5es sobre os \u00faltimos desenvolvimentos e desafios do mercado petrol\u00edfero, sobretudo face \u00e0 pandemia de Covid-19 e seu impacto na procura e oferta. Eles tamb\u00e9m discutiram o papel e a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o da OPEP e seus parceiros para garantir a estabilidade e a sustentabilidade do mercado, bem como aumentar a seguran\u00e7a e o acesso \u00e0 energia para todos.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-849b1ea elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"849b1ea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>H.E. Gakosso expressou seu apre\u00e7o pelos esfor\u00e7os e conquistas da OPEP em equilibrar o mercado e apoiar a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o da economia global. Ele tamb\u00e9m reafirmou o compromisso do Congo em aderir aos seus ajustes de produ\u00e7\u00e3o sob a estrutura do DoC, ao qual o Congo se juntou em 2018 como seu 15\u00ba pa\u00eds membro.
