Para os n\u00e3o iniciados, isto significa que o governo central det\u00e9m o reinado sobre tudo. A todas e quaisquer autoridades locais ou centros administrativos s\u00e3o delegadas responsabilidades conforme o poder executivo julgar conveniente. Ap\u00f3s o referendo de 2015, o sistema pol\u00edtico \u00e9 semi-presidencial, onde o Presidente \u00e9 o chefe do Estado, enquanto que o Primeiro-Ministro \u00e9 o chefe do Governo. Este \u00faltimo \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m respons\u00e1vel pelos membros do gabinete de ministros do Presidente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

      e tanto os candidatos independentes como os partidos podem participar. As \u00faltimas foram realizadas em 2017, com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 19 partidos e de v\u00e1rios independentes. A contagem final atribuiu pelo menos um lugar a todos os partidos, tendo tamb\u00e9m sido eleitos 19 independentes. Para que um candidato seja eleito, deve receber 50%+1 dos votos no seu distrito.
