Jean Claude Gakosso, y el secretario general de la OPEC H.E. Haitham AI Ghais el 16.03.2023 fue un evento significativo para ambas partes. Tuvo lugar en la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/OPECSecretariat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>secretar\u00eda de OPEC en Viena<\/strong><\/a> y conversaron sobre el estado actual y los prospectos futuros del mercado de aceito global y la cooperaci\u00f3n entre la OPEC y el Congo.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-19c31e7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"19c31e7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>H.E. Jean-Claude Gakosso es un veterano diplom\u00e1tico y pol\u00edtico qui\u00e9n ha servido como Ministro de Asuntos Exteriores del Congo desde 2015. Tambi\u00e9n es un autor publicado y ex profesor de periodismo de la Universidad Ngouabi. Ha sido activamente involucrado en promocionar la integraci\u00f3n regional y la paz en \u00c1frica, as\u00ed como afianzar las relaciones del Congo con varios pa\u00edses y organizaciones.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6940784 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6940784\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>H.E. Haitham AI Ghais es un respetado tecn\u00f3crata petrolero y una reconocida figura de la OPEC qui\u00e9n tom\u00f3 el cargo en la Secretar\u00edo general de la OPEC el 1 de agosto de 2022. Tiene 30 a\u00f1os de experiencia en la industria global de aceite, habiendo trabajado en varias posiciones en la Corporaci\u00f3n Petrolera de Kuwait (KPC) en Kuwait, Beijing, y Londres. Tambi\u00e9n fue un miembro l\u00edder de la delegaci\u00f3n de Kuwait para las reuniones de la OPEC, y la Declaraci\u00f3n de Cooperaci\u00f3n entre los pa\u00edses miembros de la OPEC y los pa\u00edses productores de aceite no miembros de la OPEC.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3562cad elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3562cad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Durante el encuentro, los dos funcionarios intercambiaron puntos de vista sobre los \u00faltimos acontecimientos en el mercado petrolero, especialmente a la luz de la pandemia por Covid-19 y su impacto en la oferta en el mercado, as\u00ed como mejorar la seguridad energ\u00e9tica y el acceso para todos.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-849b1ea elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"849b1ea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>H.E. Gakosso expres\u00f3 su agradecimiento por los esfuerzos y logros de la OPEC para equilibrar el mercado y el apoyo de la recuperaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda global. Tambi\u00e9n reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso del Congo para adherirse a sus ajustes de producci\u00f3n bajo la estructura de trabajo del DoC, en la cual el Congo se uni\u00f3 en 2018 como su 15vo pa\u00eds miembro. Remarca la importancia de la cooperaci\u00f3n y el di\u00e1logo entre los pa\u00edses productores de aceite para abordar desaf\u00edos comunes y oportunidades.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1e2cd0d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1e2cd0d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>H.E. AI Ghais recibi\u00f3 a H.E. Gakosso\u2019s visita y alaba el desempe\u00f1o y el cumplimiento del Congo con la decisi\u00f3n de DoC. Tambi\u00e9n coment\u00f3 el potencial y progreso del Congo en el desarrollo de su sector a cargo del aceite y la diversificaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda. Los dos oficiales tambi\u00e9n acordaron en mantener contacto regularmente y consultarse en asuntos de inter\u00e9s
